our spacious studio can accommodate large groups as well.
Please refrain from playing music at an obviously disruptive volume or shouting in ways that may disturb nearby neighbors.

To support a variety of uses, our studio offers the following equipment for free rental.
Whiteboard
A large whiteboard that can be used for meetings and lessons.
Folding Chairs (8)
Can be used for group visits or as seating for spectators.
Conference Tables (4)
Suitable for a wide range of layouts, including meetings and workshops.
If needed, we may be able to flexibly accommodate requests such as adding more chairs.
Please feel free to let us know when making your reservation.

Apply via the reservation form
Please select your preferred date and time from the dedicated reservation form and submit your request.
Reservation confirmation
After you apply, we will send you a confirmation email for your reservation.
Please review the details.
Arrive on the day
Please come to the studio at your reserved time.
Do not ring the intercom; please come in directly.
Start using the studio
After we explain how to use the equipment, you may enjoy the studio freely.

Before Using Our Studio
Terms of Use
Please review the terms of use before using studio EDEN to ensure a safe and comfortable studio experience.
By making a reservation or using the studio, you are deemed to have agreed to these terms.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation so that everyone can enjoy the space comfortably.
Terms of Use
・Because our office is located on the premises, staff or related personnel may come and go depending on the time of day. Thank you for your understanding.
・Changes to reservations and cancellations must be made at least one week before the date of use. Cancellations after that time will be charged the rental fee for the reservation as a cancellation fee, so please be aware.
・Shoes are allowed inside the studio, but if the floor or other areas become dirty, please clean them during your rental time.
・Please manage your valuables, belongings, and equipment yourself. We cannot be responsible for theft, loss, or damage, so please understand in advance.
・Food and smoking are permitted inside the studio, but please take all trash with you when you leave.
・When your end time arrives, please settle your payment and vacate promptly. If you will leave before your scheduled end time, please let the staff know.
・We do not set aside buffer time for handover, so the next guest may enter before your session ends. In that case, please be considerate and share the space appropriately.
・If any equipment, fixtures, or furnishings are damaged, please notify the staff immediately. Please note that you may be charged the cost of restoration or actual repair expenses.
・The floor above is a residential area. Please refrain from playing music at an obviously disturbing volume or raising your voice in a way that would inconvenience neighbors.
・Use for adult-related content or anything contrary to public order and morality is prohibited. If discovered on site, you will be asked to leave.
・Theft of any studio equipment will be reported to the police, regardless of whether it was intentional.
・Please refrain from smoking or speaking loudly at the building entrance or in common areas, as this may disturb nearby residents.
・The back yard and office areas are generally off-limits to anyone other than staff. If you need anything, please speak to a staff member.
・Please consult us in advance if you plan to use the studio with 20 or more people or attract an unspecified number of guests.
